Any computer with Internet access can use ReadyPing to text customers with the touch of a button.
Having had family in the restaurant business for over 30 years, Founder and CEO Joe Sprovieri saw first-hand the problems and inefficiencies within the industry. Joe saw an opportunity to address the front end of the customer service cycle by simplifying how restaurants organize and notify their waiting customers, while providing those customers the freedom to wait on their own terms.
The surge in mobile phone use, specifically texting, has propelled the adoption of ReadyPing’s service by both consumers and businesses alike.
