Where is ReadyPing available? (back to top)

ReadyPing is only available in the United States. This includes the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia, Alaska and Hawaii.


How do I sign up for ReadyPing? (back to top)

Simply go to the Get Started page and click the Continue button which will take you to the Sign Up form. Then enter and submit the information requested to create a new account and begin your Free 30-Day Trial.


How soon will I be able to get started? (back to top)

Immediately after your information is submitted and verified, your account will be active and you will automatically be logged in for the first time. You will then receive a welcome email with login details and instructions to change your password.


How do I add names to the Waiting List? (back to top)

There is an entry form at the top of the Waiting List. All you need to do is populate the fields with the party name, mobile number, etc. and click the Add button.


What if a customer doesn't want to give out their mobile number? (back to top)

Reassure the customer that ReadyPing will not share their name or number with anyone and that a text message will only be sent when their table is ready. If they are still hesitant to provide their mobile number, you can enter their information without it. They will be added to the Waiting List just like everyone else. The only difference is that when their table is ready, you will simply need to notify them the old fashioned way.


What if I accidentally seat or cancel a guest on the Waiting List? (back to top)

To the right of the party information on the Seated List and Cancelled List is an “Add Back to Waiting List” button. Simply click that button and the party will return to the Waiting List. The system will display their wait time from when they checked in as if they never left the Waiting List.


How do I make sure reservations are seated before walk-ins? (back to top)

When you populate the entry form at the top of the Waiting List, there is an option to enter a reservation time. When a party with a reservation is entered, it will always be displayed at the top of the Waiting List, making it easy to identify who has a reservation and who is a walk-in.


What if I need to edit a party on the Waiting List? (back to top)

Simply click on the name on the Waiting List and you will be able to edit the party information. Once you are done, click the Update button to save any changes. You will automatically return to the Waiting List.


How do I update the wait times between entries? (back to top)

Simply click the Refresh Waiting List button located in the upper right corner of the Waiting List page.


What happens to the names on My Lists at the end of the day? (back to top)

The system automatically clears the lists overnight so that you may start fresh the next day.


How do I edit my account details or change my password? (back to top)

After logging in, click the My Account link at the top of the page to edit your account details or change your password. Since your email address is the unique ID for your account, only ReadyPing can change it. If your email address changes, please Contact Us and a member of our support team will update it in your account details.


How do I edit my billing details? (back to top)

If you need to edit your billing details, Contact Us so that a member of our support team may assist you with any changes.
