ReadyPing takes advantage of technology that businesses and consumers already have: computers and mobile phones. Any computer with Internet access can use ReadyPing to text customers with the touch of a button. 

Using ReadyPing is as easy as 1-2-3. Here’s how it works:
  1. Customers are added to the list, then they are free to wait how and where they wish.
  2. When their product/service is ready, customers are sent a text message to let them know.
  3. Upon receiving the text, customers return to be served and are taken off the list. 
In addition to texting, your staff has the ability to alert customers by phone call or pager (if pagers are used). Whether customers wait onsite or elsewhere, they overwhelmingly choose to receive a text alert.
 
But ReadyPing doesn’t just send text messages; it’s also a powerful management tool. Your staff can see overdue customers at a glance, keep track of reservations/appointments and determine the accuracy of their quote times - all from our simple and intuitive user interface.
 
And in the rare event when an Internet connection is interrupted, ReadyPing will continue to work in offline mode so you don’t miss a beat.
