Waiting Frustration
Have you ever waited for a table at a restaurant? For a hotel room to be ready? For the doctor to see you? Of course you have. Everyday we find ourselves waiting for something or someone.
A common waiting scenario might go like this:
You walk into a restaurant and it’s packed. The staff is busy and the bar is full of people waiting for a table. The lobby is standing room only. It’s cramped and crowded, but nobody waiting to dine is going to wander very far for fear of losing their place in line.
Sound familiar? In today’s fast paced world, waiting is often unavoidable and can quickly taint the customer experience. It slows down our busy lives. Simply put, waiting is a frustrating use of your valuable time.
